Stock Wigs

Who makes the wigs?

I orderd a wig, how long does it take to process?


In stock wigs have a 1 week processing time before they are shipped




Do I bring the hair for stock wigs?


No, I will provide all the hair.




What is the dome cap?


One size fits. Only full lace has straps.




Are there combs?


No




How are the wigs made?


All wigs are handmade to order.




Can I straigten and curl the hair?


Yes.




What kind of hair do you use?


100 % human hair.





Custom Wigs

How can I order a custom wig?


Go to the "Shop" menu and click the custom button, to be forwarded to the sign up form




Who provides the hair for my custom wig?


The customer.




How much is it for a custom wig?


Prices range from $200 for a closure based custom wig to $300 for a frontal custom wig. All hair must be provided by the client.




How can I customize my wig?


After paying for wig, check email to recieve further instruction and question from StephStylzz pertaining to cap size and desired look of wig. Please upload link to desired wig look with sign up form as well as filling out all required information. Once hair is recieved by stylist, please allow 14 business days for wig to be processed and created.




I have used hair, can you remake the wig?


We do not make wigs with previous cut up wefts or hair that has been damaged by client. Please send unused cleaned bundles and frontal/closure to have a custom wig made.




What kind of hair can I bring?


Hair must be uncut (weft in tact), co-washed or unused, clean and must have frontal or closure included.




How much hair do you need for a wig?


Please send us at least 4 bundles. Customer will be charged an extra $25 per extra bundle after 4 (5,6. etc.)

There is a no return policy on all items on the website.





Shipping

How long does shipping take?


Due to qurantine, please allow 2-3 weeks for all units to ship out! Please allow 1-2 weeks for all bundles to ship out!




Shipping delays?


Due to high volume of shipping during holiday seasons and holidays, if you order near a holiday please expect additional time for the order to be shipped to you.




Will I be notified when my wig ships?


All customers will be mailed there tracking numbers via the email they provided.




How long is processing time?


All wigs take 1 week to process before they are shipped!





Appointments

Where can I make an appoinment?


Please use the "Book" button on the homepage to book Stephstylzz.




Where do I go after booking appointment?


After a deposit is recieved, we will personally text you the address to where the appointment will be! Please note that most appointments will be in the Lower Hudson Valley area in New York. Please make sure to add phone number to appointment to recieve text. We will not pay for any travel expenses.




Do appointments require a deposit?


Yes. All appointments require a deposit




I paid my deposit but cannot make my appointment, I want a refund !


Deposits are non-refundable. Please make sure you will be available the time and date of your appointment. You can also reschedule appointment if you cannot make it. Please reschedule at least 24 hours before orignial appointment date.




Can you color the hair before you install?


Custom coloring for hair is an additional $85& up. Please denote in your appointment if you wish to have us custom coloring to your hair.




What hair can I bring to a sew-in?


We will not install previous cut wefts into hair. Hair must be unused or co-washed and completely intact. Do not bring damaged hair to get installed. If we cannot install hair due to damaged, dirty or cut wefts, we will keep your security deposit and cancel your appointment.




Can I bring someone to my appointment?


Please do not bring anyone to your appointment. If customer shows up with a friend, child or significant other, appointment will be cancelled and you will lose your deposit. Please adhere to these rules.




I need to cancel my appointment !


Please cancel appointment at least 24 hours before and reschedule. All deposits are non-refundable so please double check before booking.
